All PêcheandBeige pieces can and should be washed. If done correctly, with each wash, sweaters, hats, scarves, and other PêcheandBeige garments become even more delicate. Machine Washing
It makes sense to take your cashmere knits to the dry-cleaner only in cases of serious stains or spills. For regular cleaning you can turn to your washing machine for help.
③ When the washing cycle is completed, carefully remove the pieces and lay them flat on a towel to dry.
② "Wringing out the cashmere!" you resent. Yes, and a good washing machine will perform this task delicately. Just set the lowest agitation cycle possible (and turn off the spin function in advance).
① If your washing machine has a wool cycle, put each garment in a separate washing bag and have some time for yourself.
Hand-Washing
If you decide to wash your garment by hand, then turn on your favourite playlist and follow our guide.
① Turn the item inside out.
② Fill the sink or basin with water (no warmer than 30°C).
③ Thoroughly dissolve a cashmere shampoo or mild detergent in water.
④ Wash your cashmere piece gently and carefully, keeping in mind all the good times and sweet memories you shared together.
⑤ Prepare a clean dry towel and gently press your sweater out to get rid of any excess water. Do not wing the piece out. Care is the key word!
⑥ Do not pull or squeeze the item.
⑦ Lay the garment flat on a towel.
⑧ Important: while drying, keep your cashmere away from the tumble dryer and direct sunlight.
⑨ When the garment is completely dry, use a clothes steamer or steam iron. Important: you should steam cashmere only from the inside out.
